I can't recommend Laura at Fitness Fusion enough. As a Pilates instructor, based on her background of professional dance and pilates training she offers expert teaching. Her pilates method of teaching provides levels that are adaptable to suit members of every ability. Her teaching style is inclusive where everyone matters, she inspires and encourages improvement. Laura's dance classes are fun for all ages, and levels. With a great variety of music, and break-down of steps, you will soon get the hang of it, and it makes you smile!

I Have a suffered from a bad back and sciatica for many years before I started Laura’s classes. I had been to various different Pilates classes but not found one that I enjoyed so always had to drag myself there and to be honest I never noticed any improvements in my back or sciatic pain.
Laura has alway been really friendly, encouraging and fast at responding. I started off doing one pilate class per week and really enjoyed it so added a barre class on per week, which I absolutely love. I was struggling a little with some Pilates moves due to my stiff back so decided to have some one to one sessions with Laura which helped me fully understand the movements and increase my strength in class too. I love the classes that much I try to do 4 per week.
I feel stronger and my back pain and sciatica has really improved. I have more energy and have toned up. I always feel chilled out after class too!
